We happily provide as much general information as possible about our accommodation and facilities both before, and during, your stay with us. If you require additional information, please contact us directly.

» Reception Hours
Reception is open from 7.00am to 9.30pm. Owners are in residence all other hours.
» Check-in & Check-out
Guests may check-in from 1.00pm.
Check-out time is 10.00am (late check-out fee may be charged if prior arrangement is not made).
If vacating before 7.00am please arrange settlement of account on the evening prior to vacating.
» Smokers
All rooms are NON-SMOKING. Outside ashtrays are available from reception.
» Laundry
The laundry is located at the Northern (left side) end of the reception building. Washing facilities are available (8.30am - 8.30pm), washing powder provided. Clothes lines are adjacent to laundry. Coin operated dryers are available in the laundry. Ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, buckets and cleaning rags are located in in the laundry.
» Breakfast
Continental breakfast is available upon request at $12.00 per head. Orders taken on arrival. Breakfast items will be placed in apartment the night before.
» Baby Care
A baby bath & a high chair are located in the Laundry. A Baby Sitter can be called if requested.
» Telephone
The nearest public telephone is located 200 metres from the apartment complex. Just head over the railway line and turn left along Beach Road. Reception phone is to be used in Emergencies (000).
» First Aid
A First Aid Kit is located in the Reception Office.
» Safe
There is a Safe available for any valuables.
» Linen/Beach Towels
Replacement of linen/towels are available upon presentation of soiled items at reception. Towels for the beach are also located at reception.
» Bedding
Spare blankets/pillows are located in the top shelf of cupboards in bedrooms. Additional blankets are available upon request.
» BBQ
Please feel free to use the BBQ facility.
Please leave BBQ area clean for the courtesy of other guests use.
Lights in the BBQ area will be switched off at 9.30pm.
» Internet
Internet access is located adjacent to reception area (bookings arranged at reception.
Charges: 10 minutes = $2.00.
» Postage, Fax, Printing, Photocopying
All available from reception.
» Rubbish
Please place garbage (green) & recyclable materials (black) in bins located near laundry. For additional kitchen-tidy liners please ask at reception.
» Animals
The doves are fed at 3.00pm daily. They are often on the road so please be aware that they are NOT fast flyers and take their time to get out if the way of cars. The dog's name is "Hollie". She is friendly and loves the ball. The hen and Hollie are friends. The hen is also slow to get out of the way of cars.
» Games
Parents can request bats, balls, totem tennis, basketball and a variety of indoor games which are all available at reception. All games are to be returned.
» DVD Player
A DVD Player can be provided for $5.00 a day and DVD list is available on request. DVD's can also be hired from Top Video in Alexandra Road. Your driver's licence will be required.
» Deck Chairs
Deck chairs are located in the Laundry. Please return them when finished.
» Luggage
Storage is available for luggage items at reception.
» Cold Drinks
Nice cold drinks are supplied by Hartz, and can be purchased at reception.
